Orders

Placing an order is quick and easy. Here’s how:

Navigate through our vapes, devices, nicotine pouches, strips, lozenges or accessories and select the items you want.

Add to Cart
Click “Add to Cart” on each product you’d like to purchase.

Review Your Cart
When you're ready, click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your items.

Proceed to Checkout
Click “Checkout” and enter your shipping details, select your delivery method, and apply any discount codes.

Complete Payment
Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order securely.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it ships

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include:

  • Your order number
  • A summary of the items you purchased
  • Your shipping address
  • The selected delivery method

Yes but only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

To request a change:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible or via live chat.
  2. Provide your order number and the correct shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to update the address, but we’ll do our best to assist or redirect through the carrier if possible.

  • All international orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays.
  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened or used vape products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Express Shipping (Domestic):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance
